Can anyone give me the phone number for the district manager spent 43 dollars on messed up pizzas and now I can't get them remade and the manager gave me the points system number instead of the district manager number

I noticed that the large pizza is said to be 14 inches round but when I measured the pizza it was only 13 inches round I paid for a 14 inch pizza and I thought that's what I was getting but it was an inch short all the way round that's why there was so much room in the pizza box, I guess they call it shrink inflation.
