I ordered a pick up order and came in to get it. I was not greeted. No one acknowledged me and I stood there for 10 minutes and the workers literally saw me standing there at the pick up counter and did not say anything. I finally spoke up and I asked if someone could give me my pick up order the guy looked at my order and walked away and still didn’t hand it to me. I had to then three minutes later ask again and another guy looked at the order and handed it to me. Their customer service is terrible.

Waited in-line for 20 minutes while 3 workers were just talking and wasting time. This location has definitely gone down hill, disappointing. They used the excuse they were training - they definitely were not very embarrassing.

I purchased my son a smoothie. As we were leaving, as he was drinking his smoothie, he almost got choked! He spit out some plastic and as I looked in the cup there was a lot more! The manager did give me my money back but almost brushed it off. She said, *I apologize, it’s definitely our fault, our ice machine is down* meaning they were using something with plastic I guess to ensure it got crushed! TJ is is ridiculous! Do not go to this smoothie king on Skibo Rd!

I hope y’all got the phone number updated. The service is trash. Corporate is trash bc when you call to report they never get back with you. Poor service. I hope the phone number is updated so that you can be reached when someone needs to reach a supervisor.

I really want to love Smoothie King, but EVERY time I go in to the Skibo location I have to tell them to thicken my smoothie! They hand me a smoothie that is completely liquid.

Today I placed a mobile order, got there and they were backed up. Fine. It happens. 30 minutes go by and they are knocking out everyone’s order and I never see my drink get placed in the mobile order bin or my name being called. I finally go up to the counter and ask if they had any mobile orders and the girl pulls a drink with my name on it from behind the mobile order bin! Why isn’t it placed where it’s supposed to go OR at least call the name every now and then to see if the person is there? It’s been 30 minutes since the order was placed. Of course the drink is pure liquid so I refuse to take it and told them to please thicken it up. I asked for a SMOOTHIE. I am so done with this location.
