At least 3 of the order portals are not working. I was unable to read my order or pay there. My order was deleted, or I was forgotten about Saturday night. They did make up for their error, which is why I am not giving them a horrible rating. For that, I was impressed. An apology goes a long way, we are all human, and I appreciate the effort made, I felt it was sincere.

I would like to say that I went through the online got two ice creams, 2 got dogs, and moz. Sticks and I didn't get my second hot dog I love sonic but they said I can't get a replacement because I don't have a receipt they didn't even give me which is crazy .

Everything was perfect foods great but I Just watched a sonic employee come out the back walk up to a car gave money to the gentleman and he was handed back baggies witch I can only assume was drugs lmao
