I stopped going here. They take way too long to make your drink. I can place my order before I get there and still have to wait almost 15 minutes or so before my order is ready. And none of my drinks have been good.

Twice in the last 2 weeks, I've waited in the drive-through line right at 1 pm to wait at the ordering point to be told that they are closed. Google Maps states 9 pm and Starbucks 2 pm.

I recommend that they need to update their hours or put up a sign at the ordering point so that customers are not waiting and eventually are told they are closed..

I've ordered from them through mobile app and everytime I come through the drive thru. One specific employee cannot read my name. And it's been two months. I always say I'm here to pick up a mobile order for Rhodora. So why is it hard to say my name? I've given that person so many chances and have kept repeating my name correctly. It's like she's not even trying to say it correctly. I love this place but I am going to a different location. Service...
