Worst food service ever! No customer service skills, rude and just not a place I want to spend my money at all. I will drive a whole hr just to avoid this trash taco bell .

I waited almost 40 minutes for 4 plain tacos and 4, 5 layer beefy burritos. I could have sat down at a restaurant with real food and got faster service.

My Husband had to constantly call out in the back for someone to come out and help him. They ignored him for about 7 minutes. The manager was ignorant. Tables were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. There was a man sleeping across the bench at the table. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience, as I believe it could help improve the overall customer service environment.
I noticed that some employees exhibited behavior that felt unprofessional, which may stem from a lack of experience or training in customer service. Additionally, the high-pitched alarm in the bathroom was quite distressing for me, and perhaps it could be adjusted to create a more comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
When I requested fresh fries, I was informed that I needed to place my order inside. It seems there may be miscommunication about this process, as I had hoped to clarify the best way to receive fresh food. Customers generally prefer hot, fresh items, and ensuring clarity in the ordering process could enhance satisfaction.
I understand that work can be challenging at times, and it's important for employees to feel fulfilled in their roles. If someone is feeling dissatisfied, it may be beneficial for them to seek a position that aligns better with their needs. Ultimately, customers should always feel valued and welcomed in any service setting.
I hope this feedback is helpful and can lead to positive changes. Thank you for considering my perspective.

Bathroom hasn't been cleaned in days! Homeless sleeping in the the restaurant. Nasty!!!
It’s been 3 hours and my burps still taste like the rancid, burnt, nauseating oil they cooked my food in. I really wish I had just thrown it away, but I hate to waste food. Ugh, so disgusted.

I have dealt with the rudest employees. Unprofessional, and lack of work ethic with no experience of proper customer service.
We asked for fresh fries, and girl said we have to come inside and that’s not the first either.
If I wanted to order inside I would have.
Why is it an issue for fresh food? Nobody wants cold and outdated food.
Ate the window, no words, just takes the card /money and slams the window.
No manners.
If you don’t like your job find somewhere you will thrive instead of mistreating others for your own personal issues and acting like we are inconveniencing you at a place you applied too, requiring customer satisfaction being the main objective for any establishment.
Disappointed.

11:40 pm 2/1/25 The simplest part of the order couldn’t be followed!!! Why bother asking what sauce we want for 5 items, our answer several mild and several hot, only to put 1 yes 1 Diablo!!! Why bother applying if you have no intentions of doing the world’s simplest task!!!!

So tired if this location. I'm a Late night worker, so I generally come here to have something quick to eat between the hours of 7PM- 3 AM
I'm always told that "were not taking order at this moment, we're short staffed and trying to catch up" when there are no cars in the Drive-thru or customers in the lobby. Oh but they have 5-10 employees messing around in the parking lot, or going behind the dumpster to their little "smoke pit" during this time. Clearly they are just avoiding work and telling customers whatever they want when their manager leaves.
Another time I went i get told their closed... All lights on Menu still up, Drive-thru speaker still using the automated message. And it's an hour prior to their posted close time in the Drive-thru... this has got to be the worst TacoBell I've ever gone to. I usually don't care enough to leave a review, but this has just been the most wasteful place I've ever been to.

The manger could not be a leader of dogs that got no legs. Yelling at employees that are talking with me is crazy. This place is dirty having hairnets where the register used to be, is also nasty. Mold in the lobby, dirty drink machine, employees wiping their face with the same gloves they make the food with. Its used to be you can’t eat at certain People’s house, now it can’t eat at Taco Bell. I forgot to mention that this place is also more sticky than P Diddys house

There is not enough meat for tacos or any other dishes that have meat 🤔! Nacho chips were stale, and our food was lukewarm warm!

Went through the drive thru and the person at the window didn’t say anything the whole time , no “ hello how are you “ or “ have a great day , just grabbed my card and closed the window in my face . Y’all should train your employees how to have good customer service .
