i try to avoid this taco bell on skibo mostly because i hear they are horrible.. someone i know found an earring in his food before. but this was the closest location to me today and i wanted to stop by. in my bag of food was that black thing (not sure what it is) and there was a piece of hair in my wrapper from my grilled cheese burrito. unacceptable.

The girl at the window was very very rude with bad behavior. The food was very greasy and my drink was wrong. When I told the girl.. because I used the app to order it .she got nasty about it. I can't stand coming here but it was on my way home

Definitely thought the taco supreme came with SOUR CREAM AND TOMATOES....thats what you pay extra for. And still ended up 2 tacos short.

I don’t really do reviews but I ordered my food at 10:18 P.M and when I got the food it looked thrown together quick. I was waiting for well over 30 minutes and didn’t get my food till 10:55
the ceiling has mold the syrup in the drink dispenser was out the floor was insanely sticky and they didn’t wanna do anything about it not going to this location again the one by Bojangles and the abc store is way better

For a fast food location, it was clean. The employees were kind and friendly assisted when asked the question. You could tell the management was on top of it cause the employees were on it.

is the food always great? no, absolutely not. but the service??? BANGING!!! especially with Dakota working & taking my order. He’s extremely nice, caring, and takes extra steps to ensure great service. he ALWAYS has a great attitude. not gonna lie, I’m kinda a big back and come to this location at least once a week and I see Dakota every time, and he is consistent with his great attitude and exceptional customer service that keeps us coming back. Dakota carries this whole TBell on his back! Best Tbell in the Ville. The kitchen needs to take some lessons from Dakota, because why is my cheese cup less than halfway full? And my grilled cheese burrito ice cold?
