Heard a lot of great things about this food truck especially on this foodies page I’m on. Well let me tell you they did not disappoint at all. I ordered their Box #3 that consisted of five empanadas (4 and 1 considered their signature), one loaded bowl, one stuffed potato ball, and a side for $40. The Crazy Potato... WOW!!! I got this platter, must have been about 5 pounds, of seasoned fries, carrizo, tomato, onion & jalapeno. All I can say it was AMAZING!!! My wife also got an order with seasoned fries, beef, beef gravy, American cheese, bacon & green onions. The Crazy Potato food truck was at my new apartment home community on the first full day living here!
