I probably order for pick up more than I should bc its easy and delicious.... but the last few times the lady at the window is the rudest person I've met in a long time. the first time she was incredibly rude I figured she was having a bad day and didn't think much of it.... but its been the last 5 times or so now and its just worse everytime.
I enjoyed the food but unfortunately the lady at the cash register was very rude. I just went up to the counter to get some more sauce. The lady replied what did I want 😡. that's not how you ask when you are working for people.
food is great...we have takeout once a week ..never had a problem til tonight..if you order a salad with ranch and you get home.with no ranch in sight..ok happens but if you drive all the way back and not even an apology not even a word as in " hi was something missing or you need anything else? " seriously an employee like this would be without a job by now ! I will make sure I talk to the owner about her
