Had an online order but an emergency came up and I couldn't pick up the food so I called to cancel it. You can't cancel your order and get a refund. You can cancel it but they don't tell you there will not be a refund. So I came back by after the situation was taken care of and spoke to a woman that informed me they can only remake it that they don't do refunds. It was remade but it wasn't made correctly either. Usually the food is great. But in this day I tried a cold cut sandwich and it was very lack luster. Won't try it again
The past two times I have been to any subway I have noticed they decreased the amount of meat they put on the rotisserie chicken sandwich. Less meat same price. It was this location and the one off morganton. This has been over tge past month or two. If you are gonna decrease I need to see it in my price too.
