Had to go inside due to outside construction. Staff was friendly and the food presentation was good as well as taste. I was disappointed that there was no more grits available but as a whole it was a pleasant experience
I have encountered the lady at the window on two separate occasions. First time she told me we can’t take tap to pay anymore. That was a month ago. Yesterday she was rude, rushed me out of the drive thru although she could clearly see a pedestrian walking in front of me, and acted annoyed because I asked the price of my order, didn’t give me a straw or a receipt. My first time at this Bojangles. Sad to say that the customer service is absolutely trash. There’s an AI robot who speaks to you, so firstly no human interaction when I’m starting my order. What happens if the machine gets it wrong?. It did not call back my order to me. I got to the window and the woman is yelling at me for the total amount. No “Thank you” No “Have a good day”.
