Spoke with general manager dawn today with absolutely no help at all. sad that the owner is willing to risk losing a customer that comes every single day. I was told that the app doesn’t work at this location and I could go to another location. I don’t need to go to another location. I can’t go to another location, this is right next to my job. I asked her if I could speak to a franchise owner and email some type of phone number and I was refused. Cannot even gain double points like the app offers. There was no other option. She gave me besides going to another location so I hope the owner owns every location in Fayetteville if she’s losing business for her is a general manager she should want as many customers at her location as possible. Would love to get a phone call back from the owner or somebody somewhere. This is the sad thing with franchisees is that there is no standard.

**** update still no contact from franchise owner or tropical smoothie themselves. Went in there for a visit today. And I believe the manager was standing with the owner. It looks like. And she begins to whisper about me loudly than the owner realizes I can hear her and he begins to talk about a menu. Mind you this woman is probably in her late 30s and she’s gossiping. And this is who you have Representing your company

When I asked for a smoothie instead of saying maybe I can help you find something similar in taste she said we don’t have it was very rude she was an older black lady very unprofessional and while waiting she was talking bad about other employees I had to tell her all I asked for was three ingredients in my smoothie she was very difficult horrible customer service will never come to this location again every other location i go to has no problem with my request

used to be a frequent customer at Tropical Smoothie and genuinely enjoyed their products, but unfortunately, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing.

I ordered a smoothie that was completely tasteless—so much so that I couldn’t drink it. I returned to the store with the full smoothie, hoping they would make it right. Instead, I was met with indifference. They pointed out that I had come back “an hour later,” which they somehow assumed was unreasonable, even though they have no idea where I live (which happens to be nearly 30 minutes away). I found that response dismissive and inconsiderate.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained the smoothie was undrinkable, they essentially blamed me for it, saying it wasn’t their fault. I ended up throwing the full smoothie away right in front of them because they simply didn’t care.

This is not the level of customer service I expect—especially from a place I used to visit regularly. It’s disappointing to feel like my loyalty didn’t matter. Sadly, they’ve lost a loyal customer

It’s very frustrating to see employees being unprofessional, 2 employees smoking at the same time. I don’t have a problem with them smoking, but I do have a problem with them leaving the front register unattended. My biggest problem I have is walking into a family restaurant and smelling the smell of cannabis, ( weed), inside the restaurant. I was so disappointed I left and didn’t bother ordering.

I came in around 12 ish. The girl at the register was not very welcoming, normally I come in and things are great but who ever was in there today they moved very slow and my sandwich was dry:/… then to add on top of them moving slow the guy had the nerve to stop and talk and almost burned my dang sandwich.

First time trying this location. Was a little disappointed when the drink didn't match the ones I had in Fayetteville 2 weeks ago. I thought chains had identical recipes. I'll give it another shot before discounting this location.

Walked in to order and one guy looked busy and the other two employee stood there and continued speaking between themselves. Each one looked at us, not one greeted us or asked us to please wait a moment. This is not the first time I’ve experienced bad service (or given the wrong food) but it will be the last. I’d rather make that drive to Tropical Smoothie on Walter Reed instead.

Wait was long but the store was only two other peopleOrdered chicken wrap. The girl was nice. But male tall lanky young male had an attitude after opening the wrap and there was no chicken in the wrap.and didn't want to rectify the issue. No refund. Hire people that are capable of serving others.

2 employees ladies at pick up delivery area were completely ignored me for 8 minutes eventhought they both show me and delivery food and drinks was ready before I got there.
They would rather serve a person who , black lady, walk in 7 minutes after I arrived and chat with other customers who, black lady, were there before I got there and she already got her order.
She finally gave me my delivery order after she shaw me taking a picture of my order to see the name that was on top distance shelves.
