First time at this Waffle House location, I'm from Massachusetts. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I sat down at the counter. Cook started me off with my drink while the waitress assisted another customer quickly. My waitress, Chito, was friendly and took my order quickly. The server was super duper rude. An elderly gentleman came in. Hard of hearing and she was finally screaming at him and walked away. He was just asking about grits. Cheese. Salt butter etc. I was super not happy. Cook just friggin nailed it for me. He was AMAZING.
