The wait time is ridiculous! At the time we arrived in the drive through, it wasn’t busy at all, just a few cars ahead of us. When it was our chance to order, we had to wait. Once we got to the window, it seemed like there was just absolutely too much going on inside. Aside from the employees chit chatting it up, and a few standing around, there was some confusion going on with the orders. That seems to be the reason for the very slow moving line.

Just spent 20 min in line with only 5 cars in front of us. Then sat for over 5 min at the window and the stupid lady wouldn't even look at us to take payment. All we ordered was 4 Double Stacks. Easy Order. I thought the 93% Sanitation score was bad... but you should be shut down for horrible customer service !! We drove off with nothing.
I just finished the drive through right around the block from me. Before ordering I asked if the fries are straight out of the vat. She said they are frying now. I get home and these have clearly been under a heat lamp for some time and they are the short pieces - probably scraps. It really pisses me off why anyone would serve luke warm potatoes and to bs me to boot.
