Avoid this wingstop if you can. Absolute incompetent workers who just give out random orders for pickup. Pickup window is always 30minutes + over what’s stated. Ordered here twice now on two separate occasions to be given someone else’s order. Then had to drive back to find out our order was either not finished yet or given to someone else!

I ordered dinner last night and it was delicious. The gentleman Khalil has the best customer service I've had in a long time. He's greatly appreciated along with the rest of the team. 😊
Ordered Wingstop for pick up through DoorDash on a Saturday night around 7:40pm. I expected it to be busy but when I saw our order would be ready by the time we got there (about a 17 minute drive) we left a few minutes after. Our order was supposedly “ready” but that was far from the truth. There was at least 30 people waiting on their to go orders. We waited more than 40 minutes because somehow our order got lost or was never received?? I was trying to be understanding because it was a Saturday night but I couldn’t help and ask why did the app say it was ready when it clearly wasn’t ready? Not sure if staff controls when the orders are ready or if the app just defaults to the average wait time and says the food is ready automatically even if the restaurant is running behind. Also, how everything was ran was so chaotic and some people were just not moving with any kind of purpose. You can tell others were annoyed as well and someone even yelled at the manager in front of the entire place for how unacceptable the wait time and lack of food quality. Shawty spoke for the people and I respect that. Long story short, don’t waste your time coming here on busy nights unless you want to wait 40 minutes for food that should have been “ready”.

I recently visited Wingstop and had the pleasure of being served by the absolute gem that is Khalil. Let me just say, Wingstop, you need to give this man a raise! Khalil greeted us with a smile that could light up the entire restaurant. From the moment we walked in, he was warm, friendly, and oh-so-patient. My friends and I were taking forever to decide on our order and had the nerve to engage in a full-on gossip session about my friend's baby daddy (don't ask 😅), and Khalil just rolled with it. He laughed at our jokes, threw in some witty remarks of his own, and made us feel right at home. When it came to the actual service, Khalil was on point. He made sure our wings were hot and fresh, and even double-checked that our order was perfect. His kind and funny demeanor really made our night. It's rare to find someone who can make you feel like a VIP while you're munching on wings and talking smack. If you're ever at Wingstop, make sure to say hi to Khalil. He's a shining example of what great customer service should be. Wingstop, you've got a real superstar on your hands!

I ordered at 5:34pm at least 72min wait, cool, when 6:49pm came, I called the driver, no answer, called the place where I ordered, Sir we're backed up, I placed my order online with a confirmation when my food was supposed to arrive which was 6:42pm. I call to request a refund and they tell me to call door dash since the order was late. One of the workers assumed I ordered from another location, I placed my order online with a confirmation of where I ordered it.Wings ICE cold, fries hard enough to use as bullets, very disappointed...
