Eating out is not cheap! We waited almost an hour for our food. The eggs were over cooked and the french toasted tasted like grease it was disgusting. You would think the manager would come out from where ever he was hiding to rectify the situation. Nope!!! We were one of 5 customers who left that night very angry and upset over the food and service. Shame on you Cracker Barrel!!!

Our food was overcooked. I got the shrimp there were about 6 small shrimp on the plate. Not enough to warrant the cost. The fries were extremely overdone. My husband got the chicken tenders, they were so overdone you couldn't even tear them apart. The food has gone down hill.

Took forever to get seated. It wasn’t that busy. We waited 10 min to get our bread while the man that was just seated got his the same time as we did.

This is the first time that I have ever gone to this crackle barrel restaurant and have not only had poor service but the food was not up to their standards or mine. The boneless chicken breast was over cooked. The Mac & cheese and my greens barely had any warmth to them. I brought it all home and nuked them then they were fine.My waitress was scatterbrained. This is all something new I’ve never had any of these problems before with going to Cracker Barrel. don’t get me wrong the waitress was very nice to talk to!she just couldn’t keep a thought in her head and stay on task with what she was supposed to be doing it seemed!!I asked for the vinegar for my greens and she brought me this little bottle of hot peppers from hell in a vinegar base!!I will continue to go to this cracker Barrel only because it’s on my way home and I’m hoping that this day was an isolated incident!!!But f it’s notMy husband even had problems with his meal! His fish was over cooked his pintos and Mac&cheese were cold also. The atmosphere well first let me say,I know that it’s a family style restaurant but they have that huge big table and there was some little kids there and all they did was scream and Carrie on the whole time that we were there and I was sitting up at the windows and they were in the back by the fireplace and I just needed a mute button.Parking: Parking is pretty much the same at all CB’sWheelchair accessibility: They have 2 sets of doors you need to get pulled open to get in.Once inside they have a lot of awesome merchandise to look and buy!!I always buy some really cool things when I visit!

Our first time at Cracker Barrel and it did not disappoint. The girls had the burger and it was very good. We tried the baked French toast that was delicious. Good service and the store area is pretty fun to browse before and after eating. Tons of old time (60's & 70's) snacks, candy and soda brands.
