I had the pleasure of getting to visit the Blue Sky food truck today at The Blueridge Beer Garden. Firstly, the service *chefs kiss* It looked like it was just one man doing it all and he was just killing it on all sides. I got the burger with cheese and a side of onion rings, and he even threw in some fries because he felt like the onion ring amount wasnt up to his standards (I came in towards the end and got the last order) which is something I commend on the chef for doing....read full review
So proud of the new owners! They have kept the same wonderful menu, but are cleaning up the place. New paint job, flooring, music, etc. We hear that the ceiling is next, wow! Blue Sky is AWESOME �
