It has taken me hours to realize what happened. That young manager got it in her mind that I was trying to steal an extra sandwich. She apparently did not believe that they had failed to prepare the sandwich correctly. That's the only thing that would possibly cause her to come out to my table and immediately begin to be rude to me in my 11-year-old grandson.

customer service is in desperate need of improvement. Employee verbally assaulted myself calling me a b*tch and threatened to slap me. I went inside to simply ask for my sandwich to be made correctly but no one acknowledge the customer up front and I had to say again just to get looked at and ignored so I was already upset because they simply can't take your order and make it according to their screen they make it however they pls.
