Normally my visits to this location are great. But this visit, I was a little disappointed with my fries. The taste of the food was on point, as usual. But, my fries were a little short this time. I just feel that with the price that you pay for the food at Chic fil a, you really should get a full order of fries to go with your meal.
Pulled in and ordered my food. There were 2 cars in front of me. By the time I got to the be next to get my food, 4 other door dash side had been given there food. I waited there and another 3 were also given there food. The young man gave me my drink and asked me to park in spot 1 and I waited for another 6 minutes for my simple sausage biscuit meal. I had a bit of an issue with my order at Chick-fil-A yesterday, but I want to share how wonderfully it was handled. I called the customer care line to get it corrected, but when I went to the restaurant the next morning, they still hadn’t received the report, and I hadn’t gotten an email confirmation yet. Despite this, the manager Maggie and an employee named David went above and beyond to assist me. They were professional, kind, and quick to ensure my meals were corrected....
