My 80 yr old mother was there today drive thru her drink was wrong sandwich was literally thrown in bag. She had to go in manger ignored her she told them her drink was wrong and girl poured it out walked off to fix orders never gave my mother a new drink finally another girl got her a drink my mother is furious she eats McDonalds almost daily but was treated rudely she had trouble walking so to have to go inside and then be ignored treated terribly. Never ordering a coffee again. It shouldn’t be this light! I thought mixing my iced caramel macchiato would help but no. It’s like they put just the smallest splash of coffee.
You expect the same trash at McDonald’s. Today it’s no different. Line wrapped around building, order food at 12:30, they don’t give me my food for 30 minutes. You could at least give me warm fries if I’m waiting 30 minutes for a burger that take you 30 seconds to prepare.
