This place was a totaly surprise in a very good way. We are staying one night and wanted sushi. So glad we came here. While it is not downtown Forest City, was less than 3 miles from our hotel and it was cool spot. The food was great! I got the Paradise Roll and some Rice Tuna/Salmon Roll. My son got the chicken hibachi and a huge bowl of Chicken Broth. The staff was very friendly, but the service was slow.
In town with some friends and they recommend this spot. Luckily when we arrived, there was no one in the restaurant at the time and we were able to choose where to sit and the server immediately took our order. She was very pleasant and efficient. We ordered her food and it came out rather quickly and everything looked fresh and was present presented well. The food tasted well as well as the portions were a good size for the price. The restaurant has plenty of seating....
The food is actually really good! The three times of ate there it didn't feel very welcoming. It could just be that I'm coming in at the wrong time but the food is outstanding. Last time I was there it sounded like they were yelling each other in the back which was pretty entertaining. So you get food and Entertainment depending on the day you're there. Overall I would recommend eating here.
