Has experiences with multiple individuals with authority. They do actually care about your experience. One of my orders was wrong because of my own doing (I wasn't specific during my order) and the shift manager was very empathetic and accommodating. I didn't accept because I acknowledged my mistake but I really appreciated the gesture. Will definitely come back here and plan to.
Great experience for a quick weeknight bite on a busy day. The service was great. The restaurant was clean. Our food came out way faster than expected. It was hot and tasty. I got the value box with a crispy chicken sandwich, curly fries, cheese sticks, and a peach cobbler roll. The sandwich wasn't the best I've every had by far, but for a value meal chicken sandwich, it was pretty good. The price was reasonable. I left full and satisfied.
