The tables are never clean. I love the 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich and would eat one almost every week overlooking the fact that the place was never up to my cleanliness standards for a place that serves food but on my last visit there was a hair in the meat on my sandwich and that was the straw that broke the camels back. I will not be going back there any time soon.

I ordered 3 Arby's classic roast beef sandwiches, and within seconds (I kid you not) these professionals handed me my order. Zero wait time, zero hassle and 100% efficiency paired with customer service. As a business major and someone who has worked a multitude of fast-food positions I commend this amount of production. This has nothIng to do with the food, but everything to do with the manager on duty. December my vehicle broke down near this Arby's in Forrest City, NC. The manager tried to help my son-in-law move the vehicle from the drive to a parking space. Other customers stopped to help us as well. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him letting us wait there for friends from Sevierville, TN to pick us up and take us home. We did eat there while we waited. A great staff!!
