They are good about not skimping products and are always nice but main soda is almost always out ( MD Baja blast , Pepsi, sweet tea), always a long wait, door dash takes priority over someone in the store. Ac is loud and you have to talk really loud to be heard but once it turns off it's deffeningly quiet. As an autistic person this is one of my biggest struggles in this restaurant.

I only get fast food about once a month because I'm broke. But I know what I like for my fast food restaurants. I asked for two grilled cheese burritos and y'all gave me the burrito with no grilled cheese..just raw burrito. Do better. Not everybody goes to the drive-thru everyday of their lives. It sucks to waste my money on fast food. Just because it was a Friday night y'all can still do it right

On 1-16-25 I purchased a meal through your Drive-through and was helped by the most professional, courteous, friendly and efficient CSR- Davina S. .

She has served me 3X and every single time her service has been unwavering. I'm unsure if she's gone through your Corporate Training, though, her exemplary demeanor deserves recognition.

As a Former Bar Owner (among other things), I can only hope that she is recommended for Upper Level...
