Extremely slow due to short staffing. No shredded cheese for the chili, chili much supper than previously. No Sprite Zero in main machine, had to get from counter and then not sure I got Zero. Last few times we've come couldn't get in dining room. Won't try Forest City location again.

I would expect good results from
Wendy's, today I was surprised with the chili. It didn't seem like the normal menu. It was better. I saw some of the reviews where people complain about the wait in the drive through, my opinion is, you're stupid! If you're in a hurry. Go inside, get the meal and go back to your car! And they likely won't forget anything either.

Food was great. The cashier is nice. The manger running the drive thru was definitely not friendly, if anything rude. Why have a job doing customer service and be so nasty mannered.
