“My wife eats Thai and so that means I eat Thai… a lot of Thai. We travel this corridor a bit and we have visited both Thai establishments. For those who travel a great deal, and must eat Thai, this is the better food. The other place has a cook/owner that knows everyone that walks through the door and their family. This is what I have noticed on a few visits. People use various ways to measure the quality of an establishment, I choose the food for the Thai places I visit.“
“My first meal at Siam Thai Cuisine was wonderful. Elvis is a thoughtful and attentive waiter with just the right amount of attention to his tables. My husband had the Pad Thai with chicken and it was perfectly prepared. He ordered it with medium heat and added more heat at the table as needed. We also tried the Spring Rolls & Summer Rolls as appetizers. We interchanged the sauces between the two which was a perfect mix of savory & sweet. I was looking for something light as an entry so I had the Larb Gai Salad. We will be going back soon and plan to bring family & friends too.“
“Service can be a tad touch-and-go when they're super busy, but I've been eating at Boone Thai periodically for about 20 years now and they have always been my #1 stop for Pad Thai. The fresh Thai Basil Rolls are absolutely divine (they're a little sticky, that's normal!), I love the garlic mushrooms, and all of their sauces and salad dressings are phenomenal. Great curry, too! The plates are beautiful, the rice is always perfect, and they have a great selection of chili and chili oils for spicing up your dish. Lots of cool art and decorations to look at while you're waiting!“
