Please pass my complements on to the owner and crew at the Arby’s in Fuquay-Varina,NC I just went inside to order and EVERY member of the staff that i could see was wearing a mask and they were wearing them properly. No one had their noses sticking out or them hanging down on their chins. Just got home from going through your drive-thru. Can't believe I just paid .59 cents for the smallest amount of cheese in a to go cup. Was so mad when I opened my bag. Thanks for nothing Fuquay Arby's!! Love wasting $$$.
Friendly staff. The tables, floors and restroom were very clean. My order was correct the 1st time. The food I ordered was hot. Location was great. I would DEFINATELY recommend and I would go there again myself.

Arby's offers a tasty fish & cheddar sandwich, although some customers wish it was a regular menu item. The sweet tea can be too sugary for some. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. Some customers have had issues with inconsistent food quality, like the layering of the double beef n cheddar sandwich. The portion sizes, however, have been inconsistent. Arby's is clean inside and out, and orders are made fast. The young guy at the counter has great interpersonal skills and informed a customer of a special that equaled more food and cheaper pricing. The customer service exceeds expectations. The service at this location is better than a few steakhouses, with friendly and smiling staff. Many families enjoy dining at Arby's due to their acceptance of multiple coupons.
