I called in a special order for a birthday cake for a birthday girl that needs to eat gluten free, which meant just two layers of ice cream - no crunch and no cake - plus frosting and decoration. The person responsible for cake-decorating in the area called me and communicated the order to person making the cakes at this location. It was ready when I arrived and everything was perfect. Thank you so much for making this happen. I really appreciate it.

We have used Baskin-Robbins for cakes in the past, but not at this location. We called in an order for a birthday cake and was assured that it would be ready on time for pick-up We even went by in person and called another time to make sure. We we came it to pick it up - NO CAKE. They were also slow to make any kind of accommodation for their mistake. It was for a BIRTHDAY! If you give the order to Christopher you better check and check again and you still may not get your cake....

Good place to get ice cream, but there's probably a better place of you drive a but further out. Good food, mostly clean, and the people are ushally nice. Coming into Dunkin Doughnuts, i rarely see anyone at Baskin Robins, and the workers in the building work both stands. (since both places share the same building, bar, and chairs)
