I have eaten here several times in the past year and have truly enjoyed my food. I've never experienced any of the 1stat ratings listed. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly, the food is fresh and honestly it is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to in this area. Great place.
So far 2/2 orders has been correct and tastes good. Delivery hasn't taken that long and the couple of times I ate there were good too. Granted I live .4 miles from them so it's probably easier to get here faster. I have yet to experience any of the 1 star reviews I've read. Trying delivery number three right now.

I've tried so hard to like this place. First the good! The staff is usually friendly and attentive. The food is prepared pretty quickly. The problem is the food just isn't that good. I don't really eat meat so maybe that's my problem.. but the tofu and veggie dishes just aren't impressive and border on bland/slimy. I've eaten here 3 times over the course of a year and just not had a good experience. Maybe you will.
