This is because Management doesn’t know how to properly do anything, they’ve been out of soda since last week.
To take things to a stronger statement on miss management, they allow clerks to use phones while serving customers, which messed my order up, including the soda issue… you know my peace offering for multiple ignorant mess ups, a .25 cent dipping sauce. Very disappointed tonight, 10/8/2022. The grandkids wanted McDonalds so we went to the Fuquay Varina store around 6:15pm. Service was very slow, couldn’t get a real person to take our order so we had to use the kiosk. When we finally got our order, one ice machine was out of ice for drinks, the straw dispenser was almost empty, the drinks drains were full of a mix of discarded beverages, and the counter there was dirty. McDonald's is a popular restaurant known for its great food. The food is often fresh and hot. Some locations have friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. However, some employees may have been rude or unhelpful. This McDonald's has a playroom to keep kids from being a nuisance. Customers may have issues with service, especially if they wanted to pay in cash or did not understand how to use a kiosk. There was absolutely no service found inside. Once an order was placed, it took a significant amount of time to receive the order. An employee never once spoke and just shoved a bag of food into a hand. Most fries were not even cooked thoroughly. Customers were disappointed when fries were not hot and had salt on them when ordered to go with no salt. Finding parking can be challenging. Overall, it's a good spot to grab a meal, but be prepared for varying levels of service.
