I have never been treated so rude and with complete disregard as I was tonight. I have ordered from here many times over the past 5 years and the service was so so. Tonight, I ordered online and went to pick it up 10 minutes after their app said it was ready. Well, I got there and the door was locked (C-19, I expected that) and two people saw me waiting outside. Well that's when it went bad!!! NO ONE ever acknowledged I was waiting so I knocked on the door... still nothing but a couple of "looks". After a few minutes a guy came out with deliveries and I said to him " I have an order ready". He just looked at me and said "well I some deliveries to make, see them inside." I waited and waited, knocked on the door again. A girl was on the phone and looked at me several times but said nothing to anyone. By now, I'm getting a bit pissed and knocked on the door louder. Some young dude looked at me and turned away in disgust. I'm hot by know and started talking a bit loud and it went downhill from there. If the food was free from here on out I would rather eat dog food than go back there. I paid via credit card and will cancel that. I have no idea who runs this store but they need to find something else to do. BEWARE, USE THIS STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! This place SUCKS!!
