Dear Area Manager -
I had the pleasure of ordering from this Taco Bell on a busier than normal Wednesday night. The staff seemed fairly new and their shift leader was not to be found.
However, Mona - a caring employee, took it upon herself to preemptively acknowledge the problem with their ticket times for indoor customers, providing promo coupons for some longer orders ahead of me.

Taco Bell provides a convenient and friendly dining experience with accommodating staff who are very kind and happy to fix any issues. Although there were some initial problems when the location first opened, huge improvements have been made. This leads to good food that is always fresh and crispy. They fill the friggin tacos and it’s so good. It is the BEST Taco Bell, with a satisfied customer base. The staff are consistently kind and respectful. Some customers wish for the return of favorite items like rolled tacos. However, some negatives include receiving food that had been sitting. Overall, the location continues to improve and remains a popular choice for Taco Bell fans.
