My personal opinion their customer service is terrible and Gastonia Mall they don't invite people to try anything to bring in service they just sit there collect hourly pay I was actually there today
I went to big easy today and was a little taken back, the food was good until I saw this ... The carelessness shows why their grade is so low. Used to love this place, definitely not so sure now! I am pregnant and cannot afford to get sick because of carelessness such as this!

A lot of people here are saying they had a bad experience, but when I came here some time before, I had a good experience. I don’t know, maybe it was just when I came, but I had a good experience with them. Food was good, service was pretty good, and the atmosphere was, well “fine” would be an overstatement.
