The BEST ice cream ever!! It’s smooth, creamy, and packed with chunks of yummy ingredients (based on the flavor(s) you choose). Monkey Business, Pineapple Upside Down, and Coconut Carmel Delight are my favorites! They offer free samples you can be sure to pick your favorites. The customer service is always great as well. The only downside for this location is that there isn’t really any indoor seating, just a couple benches. So we always get ours to go and eat while driving...
AMAZING HOMEMADE ICE CREAM!
The staff is always so friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how flavorful the butter pecan was. So MANY pecans! Plus, they really pile it on. Well worth the price! I'll always go to Handel's whenever I'm in Gastonia, NC.

The ice cream was typically yummy. Nothing outstanding. They do not use real whipped cream (used store bought cannister style), the toppings also tasted and texture like grocery store mid range. The kids working were all *very nice*.
