Highly recommend to step inside rather than to use the drive thru. Although they were not understaffed or had a long line of customers inside, it seems that they prioritize in-person vs drive thru.

Aside from that, lovely experience inside! Nice customer service. We ordered a dozen glazed and they were all picked freshly from the conveyor belt!

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp to enter the building. No steps!

Fryer is always broken at this location. They have really sweet people working here, but as a business they can't get their act together. They run promotions, we drive all the way to visit, and they have no product. This has happened many times at this location.

Stopped by my favorite Krispy Kreme today and had great service from a young man named Wesley, he was so professional and pleasant with the most beautiful smile. I used to go to the one in Concord, but the service was horrible , so it's a treat whenever I can get to this location, the employees are always so nice. And Wesley just made my day. Stay blessed Wesley.
