“I usually call for delivery however the other day I decided I would go pick up my pizzas as we ordered a handful for a party so I didn’t want a driver to have to carry so many. When I get there I’m approached by a gentleman with the best energy super upbeat and ready to help in any way he could. He asked for the name on my order, found it in a speedy fashion and handed it over with a smile wishing me a great rest of my day. These are little acts of employees that are seeming to be a lost art however this young man has restored my faith in customer service. I thanked him and wished him a great day as well. He told me his name is AJ to which I replied “You have yourself a wonderful day as well AJ. Keep up the good work and positive attitude it goes a long way these days.” Now I’ve really never had a bad experience from this store when ordering. My pizza is alway ready in about 30 minutes and consistent in its taste and appearance. The staff gets you in and out quickly. Today was just a stand out day thanks to that young man’s kindness.“

“I placed a large order today with not a lot of notice. I could tell this put a strain on the store. We had a bad storm recently and I guess everyone else had the same idea I did. I was a little flexible with my deliver time and they worked it out for me. Shout out to Kenneth and his team for going the extra mile today. You made my staff really happy!“
