“There's mold on the baseboards in the rear party seating area and the place is generally not clean at all. Dust all over the place. The food is pretty decent but alot of the dishes with Alfred sauce are way too dry. The soup is always super good though!“

“I was ordering via DoorDash but didn’t see gluten free bread as an option. I called the store and they confirmed they did have it and would let the kitchen know to look out for my order so they would know to substitute the regular bread with gluten free bread at no extra charge.

“Have not been here in a long time due to bad experiences. we used to love Zaxbys. I always like to go back and give a place another try. The food and service had gotten so much better! I am happy to report we will be using this place as ome of our go toos again. Yeah!!“

“The hubby and I enjoyed a yummy meal at your establishment for our anniversary last night. The decor was nice, our waiter was very attentive and did I say the food was delish! “I’m not usually a review person, but had to leave a review for Tiffany at the Gastonia Blaze Pizza. My family has pizza night every Friday and my son has a dairy allergy. Tonight I made the mistake of ordering our pizzas while I was distracted by my toddler and accidentally selected “add mozzarella” to one of our dairy free pizzas. Instead of just making the pizza as ordered, Blaze called me immediately to make sure that we wanted we wanted vegan cheese AND mozzarella, which obviously we did not! I know it probably sounds dramatic to put it like this, but she saved pizza night with that phone call! Thank you for caring about your customers!“

“I really like Zaxby's salad. I've gotten it at a lot of different location. This was my first time here. It was just as good as the rest. I thought this might be a hard place to get in and out since it is on US321 but it is fine. There is a median so have to be on northbound side.“
