Bojangles is a newer building that still looks nice. While there might be a bit of a wait to order, the food quality seems to have improved. The chicken sandwich wasn't overly seasoned this time. Manager Deena is highly praised for her exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite a mix-up with a DoorDash order, the staff handled the situation well. Although one manager seemed rude, another associate was apologetic and helpful. In the end, the manager corrected the order and even provided it for free, although with a hint of attitude.
