Scratch her neck twice and touch the cooler doorhandle and then proceeded to go back to making our burgers. The other lady proceeded to stick her hands in my face and tell me to smell her hands. Her attitude about the no gloves was nastier than the lady that was fixing the burgers.. she told me that i could be assured that they were clean.🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 Needless to. Say I did not touch anything on the plate!! She told me gloves were nasty.! I understand switching gloves in and out or a pain.In the Assi know I have worked in the food industry.But you do not touch anything and then go back into the bun bag and put a burger on a prepared bun!! And then give it to your customer to eat🤢🤢🤮who knows what else she scratched that I didn't see while she went out of my sight!!“

“I had not ate here in sometime. When i went in the lady who waited on me said she had only been working there three days. She was an older lady. The younger people and managers can learn from her she was so friendly and kind i wish i could remember her name. She commented me on how well i smelled, asked the name of my cologne. Told me she hoped i had a wonder day. I had a terrible day until i met her, then she gave me a hug. I never met this woman in my life and she hugged me. I left their feeling like a million dollars.“

“The bathroom was nasty.

It was my first time at a Cookout because we don't have them where I live. The guy working the register was SO PATIENT and friendly--to everyone. I did order the Cheerwine float but he gave me just a giant Cheerwine by mistake but it was not for lacking in customer service. He was very helpful to everyone before and after me and had a great attitude.

I LOVED the food and will definitely lookout for this chain in my travels.“

“It's Applebee's a sports bar/restaurant. It was clean. The staff were polite and helpful.
My only critique is that they did not have an item in stock at the bar when I ordered my drink. It didn't ruin my day, but any good bar manager would have back stock to ensure the bar would not run out of product midweek.“
