“I always eat here…I love zaxbys. However, today I found this hair in my food…. It is absolutely disgusting. The manager was very understanding and gave my money back she did any and everything she could as a manager! I was also disappointed how most sauces aren’t there anymore they have new sauces now… maybe it’s something with the shortage? I try to be understanding….“

“Went today to get 2 tailgates with an extra 8 piece box of chicken with an extra pint of bbq. Nichole was checking us out and she was on it! Gave all the sauces needed plus plates and forks. Awesome customer service!!!!!“

“Very disappointing in the presentation of the sandwich. It was quite obvious that the chicken was prepared in advance and the amount of pimento cheese was less than teaspoon. The word pimento cheese should not be used to describe this sandwich. Water quality control needs to be applied.“

“I came here again and this time was such a better experience. First let's start with the food. It was fresh and was so flavorful. The clerk was kind and made sure my food was made with care. And I didn't have to wait long for my order. And most of all.... the place was so clean. It almost felt like I walked into a new store. Big upps to that crew....“

“Always nice to get some chicken from Popeyes. Always hot and fresh. Staff always friendly. Sometimes it isn’t the cleanest in the dining area but they get busy. But I do love that chicken. My kids choose Popeyes over the other chicken places also because it’s fresh, not hard tenders or chicken and sides are great also. New caramel cheesecake thingy my son devoured also.“
