“The customer service we just received at Popeyes in Rocky Mount, NC was honestly the BEST we have received in a long time!! Ciera went above and beyond to make sure our family was satisfied in EVERY way possible! From the moment we arrived to the speaker box to the time we left the building!!! It was really outstanding! “A lady danced in front of the paper towel dispenser to prove to me it didn’t work. Additionally, there wasn’t the coke dispenser where you get to customize your drink to your specific preferences. I did struggle to fill out the survey on the QR code that was located at the table. It said I could fill out a review for the cheesecake and so that is what I am doing. Feedback: At exit 250 there was a billboard that said we could come to Zaxby’s but it was covered by the trees. Perhaps tree trimmers?“
