“This was my first visit to the Nashville location. The restaurant was very clean. I know it's a fairly new establishment. The cashier, Jamiyah, gave the nicest greeting with the prettiest smile. She did great taking the order. I have to commend Jamiyah on her work. She cleaned the tables, mopped the floors, changed the garbage, and took orders. All with a smile. She even came by the table to make sure everything was okay. Thanks for a great experience.“
“Monday December 18th Food was so much better than back in may. I decided to give it a break and see if things would change and it looks like they are better staffed. When you see this you will know why I just couldn't finish my meal. The beans were soured/spoiled and only half full which Today was ok because they were not good. The biscuit looked like it had been dropped on something and they decided to bake it all in together eeeeew. And yes I know I could have went back through the line and got my money back or got something else but I was too far down the road and the line was out in the street way before you turn into Popeyes so that would have added another 30 minutes to my trip.The below review was done back in January 2023.......I timed it right I got in line for lunch before the rush came through so everyone was behind me the chicken was hot and fresh had to wait a few minutes but I don't care when it's that good. They got my order right this time. I am so happy thank y'all.“
“The employees here are amazing. Getting orders correct seems to be a struggle these days, but here there has been only two times in many years that were wrong. My wife has to eat gluten free and twice they put her grilled chicken on a bun. I am very impressed with the people at this location.“
