Half my order was missing when I got home. Called and asked for them to bring the rest to my house, since they advertise they have delivery service. They said no but come back by and they will give me fresh product of what was missing. The manger on-site at return was quick to tell me donuts are not put in same bag as food. Crappy service. They gave me someone else’s Order . Asked me to pull ahead while they get my coffee. 15 minutes goes by and I had to park my truck and go in to find out what was going on. Manager said “ we’re just”. UMM. Yeah. You waited on me 738 am and I paid for my coffee. It’s now 753 am and I still don’t have my coffee that I already paid for ????? I’m a customer too
I deliver through one of the partnered delivery couriers and this location has been a bit rough lately. I was in there yesterday and the manager on duty was being pretty monstrous to these kids working there. The poor girl up front had a line wrapped around, mobile orders piling up, and the manager was standing there on the phone drinking a lemonade fussing about how poorly they were doing their job.
