We came here for the black bean burger because it was highly recommended. It was just ok but what was even more troubling was the lack of cleanliness and it is apparent that it didn't just get this way in a couple of days it's been a while since this place was really cleaned. It appears to have a lack of management and a group of young people running the place.
It was my first time having it and let me tell you!!! It did not disappoint!!! I called in my order and I had great customer service over the phone. Those fries …. Oh my goodness … and the amount of fries!!! That was the best cheeseburger I have had and the price was not bad at all. I cannot wait to return!
PT Grille is an average sandwich shop that uses good ingredients and has a limited selection. It is fairly priced and the quality and quantity is pretty standard. You are greeted with a friendly smile and the greeter prepares your drinks which are served in styrofoam cups while you complete a check sheet to order your sandwiches, you circle your condiments, and use this paper to pay before leaving.
