“Billy Teeter is the face of excellent customer service. He has been with Biscuitville for many years. I love seeing him at the drive through. Such a nice welcome each time. I come to this location because of Billy and the other employees. All are super friendly!“

“So….. Where do I begin.. I grew up on this magical environment called Alamance County . Many years of breakfasts was centered around this wonderful place. Over the years, many natives moved away but Biscuitville has stayed in the hearts of us all. We call it the Trifecta of eats, it is a must go to spot when making the pilgrimage back home after years of being away. A warm smile and hug with a biscuit and hashbrown with some grits. However, a hug was warranted but I refrained during this pandemic. This place I wish I could franchisee and being back to Anderson SC . Coming back to Biscuitville is like visiting Grandma or coming to a warm house during the holidays. The biscuits are woven with magical flour made by Angels. These Artesian biscuits and friendly atmosphere is something that everyone needs in their life. Oh Biscuitville I have now left but you are one of the best and unique magical restaurants around who puts the B in iscuit! I love you!!“

“I went the other day, during this darn pandemic, an d I must say of all the biscuitvilles in the area they had a very good and quick system to get you in and out. I was pretty impressed!“

“Tried the Nashville hot chicken biscuit. Keep in mind they put some kind of mayo based sauce on the biscuit as well. Didn't get the loaded on with the egg, but the heat was there. Sanitation score was on point with the 99.5 rating. Glad I tried it, but want thrilled with the biscuit for the price.“

“I had breakfast here Saturday morning around 7 am. When we came in, the restaurant was fairly quiet and it was easy for us to make our way to our seat even though some of the tables were kind of close together. The coffee was delicious and I decided to have sausage and eggs with a pancake. The sausage and eggs or delightful and the pancake was good too but wasn't as hot as I was expecting it to be. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us often to make sure we had all that we needed. If you're looking for a good breakfast, this would be a nice place to stop.“

“I do go here quite often because I love their biscuits. Normally, everything I get there is great. But, yesterday I tried the Canadian Style Turkey Bacon egg and cheese english muffin because I don’t eat pork anymore. It was just awful! The meat was so over-fried and shriveled up tiny piece of grossness. Uneatable! The egg was way over cooked also. Brown and crunchy around the edges. I didn’t take it back because I was too far away when I found out. I could only eat the muffin. So dissatisfied about paying $4.26 for it and will never eat that sandwich again. The people who work there are so nice. They always give my dog a doggy biscuit. That is why I was really disappointed.“

“Moved back home to Burlington after 31 years in Chapel Hill (so glad to leave). always went to the Hillsborough store. Loved it there. Called by pet names, Vet, LT, first name. Seen many come and go. Never had a bad meal. Fast forward to now. Burlington store has come to treat me the same. I live close by so go often and at all different time. Service is always fast except Sundays between 12 and 1, church traffic. Great hot fast food and friendly crews!!“

“We have been to numerous Waffle Houses through the years. We were traveling through and stopped at this location (Mebane NC) for breakfast on a Sunday morning! They were extremely busy as all are on Sunday mornings. However this one was so organized and worked so well together which made getting food to all customers pretty quick! We were so impressed! Very happy hard working team created very happy customers. 5 Star ++++“
