Wow! Wow! Wow! Easily the Best BBQ I have ever eaten! A food "Trailer" that is doing everything right! A simple menu that is playful yet adequate filled with bursts of flavor. (My personal favorite is the BBQ parfait.) The Smoked meet is perfectly tangy, spicy, and sweet; cooked just right. The kids loved the Funnel Fries, and the Redneck Fries were EPIC.
