Wow! Wow! Wow! Easily the Best BBQ I have ever eaten! A food "Trailer" that is doing everything right! A simple menu that is playful yet adequate filled with bursts of flavor. (My personal favorite is the BBQ parfait.) The Smoked meet is perfectly tangy, spicy, and sweet; cooked just right. The kids loved the Funnel Fries, and the Redneck Fries were EPIC. Even the fries used in all the items were Perfect, crunchy seasoned crust with a soft and moist middle. Absolutely...
Best Barbecue around. I have had 3 large parties and everyone Loved the Barbecue and sides. I always order extra but the people eat it all. Give them a call and you will look for reasons to have more parties just to get more.
