Highly recommend this store #4790. Manager Mrs. Christina Ward has done a great job setting the standard. Her leadership reflects in the character and performance of her employees and the quality and conditions of the store. Again thank you to all that make this Bojangles the BEST in the state!
I went inside the Granite Falls Bojangles around 4 pm today for dine in. I went unacknowledged to order for 10 mins before I asked if there was a cashier for inside dining. I was told they were serving drive thru customers first and then they would take my order. I waited over 5 mins longer and left.
If you are not going to take orders inside, leaving a customer over 15 mins by the cash register without taking their order, then close for inside dining. Take down the signs...read full review
