“I’ve literally been eating here since I was three! (my grandma used to get the chicken wings for me and pick the meat off and put it in a little bowl) but that’s beside the point. I love this place, it’s such a comforting little restaurant and the food is always delicious! The owners feel like family, they always ask me how I’m doing and we catch up for a little bit! Service is good and fast every time!“

“Wow, what a gem to find! We visited Duck N' after a long day of fishing in the mountains, and had a great dinner here. The Duck platter was very flavorful and generously portioned; I felt like I got my money's worth. The Thai tea I had for dessert was spot on for sweetness. Between Statesville and Hickory, I can confidently say this is the best south asian restaurant and will be coming back again.“

“I’ve been going here for a while, since I used to work nearby, and I LOVE it!! The food is always tasty and plated so beautifully when I dine in; and the food is still great with takeout. “Order ahead because they are usually very busy, for that reason I wouldn’t really recommend eating in, but they are worth the wait for take out. Tofu is great for vegetarians, it’s called bean curd on the menu. Fried rice top tier, as well as all the noodle dishes. Best Chinese food in Caldwell country in my opinion.“
“Just moved to the area and have been looking for a go-to Chinese spot. China View might just be it! The general tsos chicken was very good and had just the right amount of spice. Egg rolls were fantastic. The cheese wontons you get with your meal are kind of odd….not like the typical crab Rangoon but more of a sweet cream cheese dessert.“

“Oh yeah, great takeout and very friendly cashiers. Reckon why there is almost always an Asian food joint next to the Food Lions in our area? I love it. Order my food go next door and grab a kort of milk or some grapes then go back and get my take out. 2 birds within throwing distance. Speaking of birds that chicken from Jasmines is pretty good with the sesame seeds and such. And the shrimp sauce y'all think is so Asian is nothing but an American idea. So before getting too uppity on the sauce have them learn you how to use 3 chopsticks from now on.But this place has a right smart variety and they take just enough time to get the food right so as you're not waiting half a day to eat. I sure wish they had beef and tomatoes. “We order from China King quite often and highly recommend them. Their portion sizes are plentiful, always fresh, hot and prepared exactly as we ordered. Our favorite is their sesame chicken combo, which comes with fried rice and an egg roll. For appetizers or just something light, the wonton soup and crab rangoons are amazing. The staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. My only complaint is that it’s not really an inviting place to go inside to sit down and eat.“
“Came for the sush. Which was, by far, on point. I had ordered the crunchy roll and an eel and asparagus roll. Let me tell you, from the moment my plate showed up, I was immediately impressed. Just the aesthetics alone would have made me come back. But, food is more than just appearances, like a 1960s Mustang it can be appealing all it wants, but it doesn't mean squat if it ain't got the power. Just parts of something that would be better elsewhere.After seeing such a miraculate plate of food, my instinct is to snap the wooden choppy sticks as they are a threat and must be taken down. Using this new tool I have crafted from an elongated wooden forked stick, I am able to slide my daddles in between the carcass of this now decapitated stick system at which I am able to grab these delectable looking little morsels of nutrient enriched protein sush cakes. Navigation of the wooden tool I crafted has created a pinch point for which these little treats are within reach and my daddles can remain clean. There is the option to use the metal utensils that many many people opt for, but I prefer to have the quick snap kill of the wooden choppy stickys.The first bite. Let me tell you. My. Mind. Was. Blownnnnnnn. I had never felt such excitement from the taste of something so raw. The way it was able to sensuate the inside of my mouth was not unwelcomed in the slightest way. The moment it touched my tongue, I felt as if I was going for a ride. And that bite rode me like no person ever could. It had me smelling colors and seeing flavor. I felt transported from this world and I got lost in a euphoria. After a moment and a bit of a sweat sesh, I was able to swallow that bite and feel a rush of pleasure wash over my entire body. I knew that from this moment on, there would never be a person out there that could touch me the way this sushi did.Bottom line. Go. Enjoy the outstanding staff. Get some food that's so good you feel guilty going home to your partner. After that first bite, you can never make that same eye contact with loved ones that you once knew.“
