“It's funny; after reading pros and cons, I had a hard time with the cons. We have regularly gone to TCBY for all our 5 years here in Lenoir, and NEVER had a bad experience. The dialogue with the employees, especially the managers has always been pleasant and the sundaes, yogurt in the cups or cones always yummy. I love to pick up frozen drinks and take to my hairdresser or other friends as a gift. I also love to get gift cards. I will pick or select this place over a zillion other places. My favorites are any GF yogurt or ice cream with strawberries, minced nuts, fudge, and whipped cream, strawberries and cream shake, and fruitty smoothie. YOU ARE the BEST!!!“

“Today is my birthday and I was looking forward to a birthday reward in the app. I never received one. I go in and tell them today is my birthday and didn't have the reward in my app ( I didn't know you had to be a silver level) the gentleman working explained the reason I didn't have the reward and he was kind enough to give me a cookie for my birthday today!!“

“Met my boyfriend for our first date here 3 years ago. Just recently moved back to this area, was looking for a chill coffee spot. Went here once by myself. Neat spot, good atmosphere. We sat inside. The cashier stared at us the whole time and asked us to hurry. They told us we had a limit of an hour inside. We didn't question it and left. This was 3 years ago. Could of been my new favorite coffee spot. Have not and will not be back.“

“Best wedding cake ever! The sweetest lady there made our dream wedding cake! Not here to slander another business, but our original wedding cake came from another place and it was an absolute disaster. We went here, the day before the wedding, and explained what had happened and showed her the cake. She made this bride so inexplicably happy when she said she could make me a brand new cake, exactly the way I wanted it, in 24 hours. The end result was better than I could have dreamed it to be! She was absolutely amazing, in customer service and in her baking/decorating abilities. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any types of cakes or cookies for special occasions. They will make sure it is what you want and make it look incredible!“

“I hit up Frosty Frez whenever I'm craving a quick treat. The frozen yogurt is always smooth and tasty, and they’ve got tons of toppings to pile on. It’s the perfect spot to grab something cold and refreshing after a workout or just because.“

“Food was good. Little greasy as expected. Only real complaint is how they do things for the drive thru. No one else at screens or window when we ordered/paid, but that’s because they put a sticker on your mirror and you have pull up past the window to park and wait on them to bring it out. Once you pay, there’s 3 lanes. 2 outer lanes to park and wait and a middle for leaving. We sat there for almost 30 mins waiting on 2 plain burger combos. Some people that were there before us, were still there after we left. They come out wandering around confused as they are trying to match the order to the number on your rear view mirror. It was an odd experience and not one I plan to repeat anytime soon. Really shouldn’t take that long for fast food.“

“Small but the food and ice cream is on point. Hot fudge brownie with ice cream and chocolate syrup. Would've rather have had hot fudge, but good none the less. If you ever around there stop in and give em a try. Oh yeah, breakfast is pretty good too!“

“Great experience and atmosphere, fast service, friendly staff, great food, spent around $40 on meals(burgers, chicken tenders and fries) for 4 people, was very satisfied with the quality and amount of the food I got for my money, ice cream was delicious! Spent an extra $10/20 (aprox) on ice cream, but it was definitely worth it. We went for school spirit night. Overall we enjoyed our family outting! 5stars for a fast food restaurant. Very clean place, organized event, would recommend!“

“you to love a restaurant that when you order something that's not available (which is understandable) decides to act as though you never ordered. to make even better when you ask why you haven't received your order they allow it to go through knowing your items is unavailable so they can charge and refuse to refund your money when you refuse their idea of a substitute. I guess I should be grateful they offered a substitute instead of the last time I had an issue and just gave me what they wanted to instead.“
