This Subway is a horrible mess. The ladies working here usually do okay, but the male staff are smart alecks with poor attitudes. October of 2025, I order a sub and request jalapeños. The male worker slams down about six ounces of jalapeños on the footlong. I thought it was a fluke. Joke was on him, I took it home and bagged the excess vegetables and ate them for days.

Went by the other evening, January of 2026. Male worker put on a ludicrously excessive amount of vegetables. I am indifferent. I had ordered it online and my request was in front of him in print. He asks do you want the sauce that comes on the sub and I replied yes. He wraps the sub in an instance with none of the sauce I just said yes to wanting. Fine, whatever. I sat down and ate the sub there. The radio was playing rap when I came in. No problem with that. After I sat down, the radio was changed to almost nothing but loud, crackling static for the full duration of my meal. Went to wash my hands and the men’s bathroom was broken and out of order.

What the heck is wrong with these people? Good people used to work here consistently and now we have these malicious clowns instead.

I ordered my tuna sandwich just as I always do but today this is the sandwich I got. Truly just the most lazy people these days. This is just tuna not mixed with mayo just tuna yall need to do better

Terrible service. Wasted whole work lunch listen to lady on phone trying to figure shit out. Then on phone with someone else not to do with work

Was planning on never coming back to this place, but Jamie (an employee) who was working all alone that day made my sub perfect, and with a smile on her face, although you could tell she was ready to sit down for the first time in hours! Very pleasant, professional, and friendly! That girl deserves a raise and a bonus! Hopefully the management hires more employees like her bc the last handful of times I've been there the staff was crap!

They said they don’t take coupons anymore! So the stuff you get in the mail don’t bring to this store! I will never be back to the store. The new mower who ever it is isn’t doing a good job. Service was terrible both employees in the back on the phone! Had to wait 40 mins for 3 foot long subs. Terrible do not stop at this store!

Great establishment, I like the friendliness and the care the employees use to prepare my sandwiches, they don't slap the items on. I also like the affordability of the deals available. I especially like that fellow, Albert. He makes you feel like he has known you all his life. Very nice manager too.

Got 2 subs and a nacho and they barely toasted anything. The meat was cold and cheese not melted. One of the girls working had pink braids in her hair and scratched her head with her gloves on then started messing with food. They were out of lettuce and the other vegetables looked like they had been sitting a while.

The absolute worst subway I have ever been to! Ordered subs from the app (I know shocking it actually worked), just to pick them up and get home thinking how hard would to be to mess them up right….wrong. Pull out first sub everything on it is right but it was toasted when I said not toasted, we got past that just to get the other sub out and it’s on the wrong bread and it’s burnt black. So I take it back, wait in line 30 mins for them to make TWO subs for the couple in front of me….TWO….30 MINS! And the whole time they’re telling them sorry we’re out of bacon, oh yeah we’re out of tomato, sorry but we’re also out of chipotle and when it’s my turn I’m told since it was ordered on the app they would need to reach out to their manager! What! To make a new sub that they messed up!? And can’t give my money back either without approval. It took them 30mins to make two subs and my son was at home waiting for his food so I just threw my sub that I brought back in the trash told them don’t worry about it, took long enough to get through the line, they don’t even have half the ingredients to remake the sub anyways and I’m not about to wait even longer for them to “try” to call the manager. So I left and went to the one in Salisbury at the Walmart, wayyy better and the girls there was so nice they gave me a discount when they found out what I went through at the granite quarry subway since I was having to pay for a whole new sub.

Also I should mention I offered to bring it up on my phone where it was ordered and the receipt on my phone but that wasn’t accepted. And unfortunately if they were just children working with no experience as someone who’s been in management, they should have had a manager on site, otherwise that’s just bad management. And not having enough ingredients at the store for several months is also bad management.
