order was placed 45 minutes ago online and it’s still not ready. and somehow are out of every bread except flatbread. how is that even possible? had to get one of my subs on flatbread because they didn’t have anything else but STILL had to wait 45 minutes? please explain. next time, i’ll make sure to go to a different subway. they were friendly, i’ll give them that, but that’s the only thing.

Every since I moved to Granite Quarry, I have used this location. Every time I come in, I have a great experience especially Ali as manager. He is so helpful, super nice and such a pleasure to talk to. Definitely the best subway in the area.

I went to this subway to pick up a DoorDash order. I waited over 20 minutes for this order to be ready because the customers cookies were in the oven. While I waited, another lady came in to place an order. Apparently, she was also trying to order chocolate chip cookies, but the last of them were in the oven For my customer. She gave them some sob story about how her child would only eat these chocolate chip cookies and she had to have them. So when they came out of the oven, I was called to the counter and told that I needed to contact my customer because all of these cookies had previously been promised out, so he would have to pick another kind. My customer had a hard time choosing a different kind of cookie because, even in my own opinion, they all sounded gross. He chose another kind. It was only Then that the lady standing There placing her order said, “I’m Sorry. My son will only eat these cookies. He has to have these.” I looked at her and said, “ You don’t have to apologize to me. They weren’t my cookies.” She said, “ Yeah, but I feel bad. They put these cookies in the oven just for me because I asked for them for my son.” I told her that that was not true because well before she got here, I was already sitting, waiting for these cookies that were put in the oven for my customer. She didn’t say anything back.
I just feel bad for my customer. I told him what they did. I hope he doesn’t ever give them his business again. I certainly won’t. It may be only cookies, but that was extremely poor customer service.
Only one person working everytime I go there.
They are hiding the meat and cheese from view now. Charged me $4.90 for 2 cups of water.

This is the WORST Subway I have ever visited. Today I tried to place an order online and the order wouldn't go through. I then called the store(6x) and no one answered. I then drove to the store and 1 customer was present. He, too stated he had issues attempting to order online. 2 workers were present, one was maki g the customer's sandwich and the other worker was in the back. She finally came out to take my order. I told her the issues I had trying to order online and that I had called several times. She told me it was nothing she could do. I then placed my order, and it wasn't until she had placed the meat on the bread, that she stated they were out of lettuce. I was done!😡😡 I left the store. This particular store always runs out of the essential ingredients! Poor management! Needs to be closed!

THIS BY FAR THE WORSE SUBWAY IN ROWAN COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS!!!!! OMG…You cancel make this stuff up!!!!! I went to this Subway and the employee making the sandwich was drunk and high at the same time. ?How I know this? Because she was doing this in front of the customers WHILE making the subs. It took her 15 minutes to make a small wrap. What???? All while pulling out a vape pen and flask smoking/drinking. We along with other customers waited in line for about 45 minutes. We only came to this location because the Rockwell store closed early without notice. This is unacceptable behavior for ANY company let alone doing it right in front of the customers. Other than making a public complaint you CAN NOT speak with anyone to make a formal complaint. Please tell me what kind of company as big as Subway doesn’t have a customer service department? I’m sure if this is the way they operate their complaint department will stay busy. This is just unreal.

Let me preface this by saying I work and have worked in retail, food, and customer service for the past 10 years. I have never once posted a negative review for a business because I understand things happen and people have bad days. I placed and order for 2 subs one for me one for my partner at 6:34 PM. I arrived at the store at 6:56 PM (the app said the order would be ready at 6:50) I always give a 5 minutes cushion because I know customers in store take precedence. I walked up to the door and it was locked and I could see an employee in the building, I thought okay maybe they had the second person call out and they aren't taking walk ins. I go to call the number on the door and it is disconnected, I call the number on the app and get hung up on. I then proceed to stand there and watch the employee make more subs and then motions to me (as if I could understand hand motions) something. I pull my phone out and point to it to try to communicate that I had an online order. The employee then proceeds to ignore me as I stand there until 7:26 PM waiting for him to at least come to the door and communicate to me what is going on so I can at least know if there is a problem and if I need to go somewhere else. I had zero issues going somewhere else if they were closed or had staffing issues. My problem was the blatant disregard and disrespect to not even open the door a crack to communicate the situation. I will never be eating from here again and I am still owed a refund for the 2 subs I ordered. I can see why the reviews for this place are so low, and just to think these same people working at these places are probably complaining they don't get paid enough yet can't even have the decency to communicate to someone like and adult what is going on. The icing on the cake was when I walked around the back of the building the employee had closed up shop and was sitting in his car and again looked dead at me and said nothing.

So, so sad that this location has went completely downhill. I’ve been eating from this location for 15+ years and it was always delicious, fast, and the staff was friendly. My last 4 online orders have all been wrong or simply made with no care. I’ve attempted to order the flatbread pizzas twice now, the first time i got cold flatbreads wrapped with the toppings inside, no cheese or sauce. I assumed that whoever made them simply didn’t know how and tried again today to be told I have to specifically add cheese and marinara online although it states they come with both and there is no option to add either. What I ended up getting was a greasy wrap and one with just hot veggies and cheese, both rolled up and wrapped like a sandwich. I truly don’t understand how or why they would include menu options that apparently no one can or is willing to make correctly. I stopped getting their sandwiches after my last two were made on stale bread toasted to a crisp, not only that but the veggie portions were abysmal. The sandwiches legitimately looked naked even with multiple veggies. At this point my meals from this subway have went from hit or miss to a total bust.
Second Subway I have been to this morning. The first one their hours clearly say 8:00 a.m. they said they couldn't open until 9:00. Just came to this Subway literally pulled in at 8:21 hours on the door say 8:00 a.m. The employee is just getting out of the car at 8:21. I'm standing at the door she lets me know that she is not going to be able to serve me because she is just running late this morning. Subway do better Y'all need to get it together or get better employees.
