MAN the food here is good and the staff makes you feel right at home! Everything is super clean and everyone too! This was my first time and I WILL be back.... OFTEN!

They never close at the time they are scheduled to close always close 15-20 min early so if you go just make sure you arrive 20 min before closing

It’s really sad how poor their customer services because the food is actually pretty decent and they are literally right across from my job so it’s convenient but I stopped going here because they have terrible customer service. They do not greet you. They act like you’re doing them a service by paying for their food. Call out order number is one time and then make you sit there and wait. Charge you for ranch and then ask for you to pay for it again after you’ve already paid for it. One ranch comes with 10 wings a bit ridiculous in my opinion. no restroom for customers is completely inconvenient. How am I supposed to wash my hands before I eat?

up and it’s a girl staying they are closed but she worked there and had on an American deli shirt. Online states the place is open. Very nasty attitude.

The girl behind the register with the orange wig and the tattoo on her face ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE!!! She shouldn’t even work in customer service!! Very rude the customers, mumbling under her breath about customers just TERRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Everybody in there rude!

Canceled my order and lied about it. Call door dash to find out the truth. Dude on the grill with black cover on his dreads was ignorant as hell. He definitely need to do better with customer service. If you don't like dealing with people get a different job.

I ordered a pickup family pack of 30 wings- I guess I should have check the bag, but instead got home and opened the box to 14 wings. I then tried to call the store- no answer, so I proceeded to drive to the store to be told there is nothing they could do because I ordered online and I would have to deal with Door Dash??? Mind you- I ordered from their website not from door dash directly. The way this was handled was absolutely poor- I will NEVER spend a dime at American Deli period.

Multiple options in one spot. The Philly cheese & small lemon pepper wings were delicious . The peach drink was yummy & free refills was on point.

Poor aesthetic as far as decor but the food was delightful. I ordered a 6 piece wing meal with lemonade and my partner ordered a Philly steak. We were pleased with our food overall.

The workers in here are very unprofessional rude and have no customer service skills. They got my order wrong then I get it home and it’s still wrong and missing items. Then when I went back up there to let them know they got my order wrong they’re just looking slow and dirty saying that I need to call DoorDash to get my refund when all they had to do was fix my order which they got wrong. They are trash and terrible people. I will never go back here. Don’t waste your time going here you will have a terrible experience.

They will not answer their phone for nothing. I called multiple times back to back. They answered one time and immediately hung up.

Ordered a wing combo online which consist of 6 wings fries and a drink. I get to the restaurant on time to pick my food up. I asked the young lady at the register where was my drink. Her response “we don’t give drinks for DoorDash and we told them that”? She just walked away very rude. If you don’t like tour job find another job it’s that simple. I didn’t even expose that I wasn’t picking up a DoorDash order I was actually the customer picking my own food!! My daughter told me the food and service on Summit Ave was extremely trash and I should have listened. As I mentioned earlier I was on time for my food and my fries was cold and hard. Not only was I over charged because I was not given a drink that I paid for my food was cold. NEVER AGAIN
