My first time at Ben & Jerry's was a delight. Kimberly, the general manager is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She immediately greets you when you come in and is super energetic. You can tell she loves her job, and her customer service is unmatched!
I sampled the churro ice cream and it was delicious I ended up buying a waffle cup. The waffles are so good and fresh that she makes it right when you order it. She let me try a new pumpkin-flavored...
