Classic. Utterly classic. It reminded me of the diner my Grandpa would take me and my cousins to in upstate NY. The food was delicious and reasonably priced (a rarity in this economy). The staff was lovely and helpful. They even told me how to order my food to get a cheaper price option. And, I cannot overstate this enough, the eggs were cooked perfectly. A diamond in a sea of cubic zirconia.
This was our first time visiting this diner and we will be going back. There were 3 of us, one wanting breakfast, one wanting a small lunch and one wanting a bigger lunch. Best Diner had a nice variety on their menu to take care of all of us. Our waitress was as sweet as she could be and never let out drinks run dry.
Food was good, the two servers on duty were spread too thin including checkout register duties and takeout meals. It took much too long to get their attention for additional requests. However, they did their best and were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was originally a Bojangles facility.
